Product Information

We aim to display product descriptions, specifications, photographs, colours and other information as accurately as reasonably possible. Device displays, photography and manufacturing variations may result in minor differences in appearance.

Material characteristics of products will not intentionally be misrepresented. If an item supplied materially differs from its description, your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated. The final amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, taxes or other charges, will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Payment must be completed using a payment method available at checkout. Orders may be subject to payment verification and fraud-prevention checks.

Orders & Availability

Placing an order constitutes an electronic transaction through our store. VIRAL may contact you where information needs to be confirmed before fulfilment.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and provide the remedy required by applicable law. We will not intentionally substitute a materially different product without the customer's agreement.

Pricing or Listing Errors

Although reasonable care is taken when publishing store information, genuine typographical, technical or system errors may occasionally occur. Any correction, cancellation or other action relating to an obvious error will be handled fairly and subject to applicable consumer law. Nothing in this clause permits VIRAL to disregard a transaction where the law requires otherwise.

Shipping

Orders are delivered according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, defective products, refunds and applicable cooling-off rights are governed by our Return & Refund Policy together with applicable South African law.

Responsible Use

Products must be used for their intended purpose and in accordance with applicable instructions, warnings and safety information. VIRAL is not responsible for loss caused solely by misuse, unauthorised modification or use contrary to supplied instructions, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or waives any consumer right, warranty, remedy or liability that may not legally be excluded under South African law.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from publication unless applicable law provides otherwise. Orders already concluded remain subject to the terms and legal rights applicable to them.

Governing Law

These Terms and transactions with VIRAL are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights provided by law.
